ABOUT SAMTA YOGA





SAMTA in sanskrit means equanimity or sameness or Balance.

Yoga can be understood as union of body, mind, emotion and the spirit. This union can be only achieved when we are able to create a balance/ equanimity (SAMTA) in all aspects of our life.


Our aim: 
Every individual is different and all have their strengths and weaknesses. But the endeavour to grow as a person in order to lead a healthy and happy life is the same in all individuals. We are all individuals taking a different journey/ path, but  driven by a universal force to the same destination. At every given moment we are absolutely perfect for what is required for our journey. I’m not perfect for your journey and you’re not perfect for my journey, but I’m perfect for my journey and you’re perfect for your journey. We’re both exactly perfect the way we are. 
We can create balance with four simple principles:- Embrace, Transform, unravel, Realize. 


At SAMTA YOGA,  we assist all to find this balance/equanimous state  (SAMTA) by embracing, transform, unravel, realize. what is required for a fulfilling life.
