Group yoga for beginners/advanced practitioners:




TIME: 1 HOUR

CLASS FORMAT: Each session is based on a Yogic theme with a focus on "Yoga as a lifestyle" and the practices are designed around the theme to bring out overall experience. The sessions are made more fun with the help of Yoga games.

What is Taught: Asana (dynamic and static postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), OM chanting, relaxation and concentration techniques. 

Outcome of each session: The effect of the practices seen on  the Physical, mental, emotional & spiritual body.
