CLASS FORMAT: Yoga not only helps build a A thorough study is done of the individual before starting the sessions by making them answer a questionnaire based on the Bhavas (attitude). This is used as a guide for the preparation of the Yoga training sessions.
WHAT IS TAUGHT: Asana (dynamic and static postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), OM chanting, relaxation, reflection and concentration techniques, Yogic Kriyas (cleansing techniques), Meditation.
