TIME: 1 HOUR 

CLASS FORMAT: Each individual is different and hence the session is designed according to the persons temperament but with a Holistic approach. A thorough study is done of the individual before starting the sessions by making them answer a questionnaire based on the Bhavas (attitude). This is used as a guide for the preparation of the Yoga training sessions. 

What is Taught: Asana (dynamic and static postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), OM chanting, relaxation, reflection and concentration techniques, Yogic Kriyas (cleansing techniques), Meditation. 

Outcome of each session: 
  • Increased awareness of the self.    
  • Improved flexibility of the body and the mind.
  • Learning to "Let Go" a little more every time.
  • Increased Endurance and Self motivation.
